Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original, sealed packaging. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened skincare products cannot be accepted for return unless the product is defective or not as described.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@venoviva.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid label when applicable. Returns must be initiated within the 30-day window.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and verify it meets our policy, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@venoviva.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Final Sale
Some promotional or clearance items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
